Vinaccia Integral Design為Ferrari設計的安全帽,以Ferrari的品牌為號召,結合金屬與皮件展現十足的時尚氣息,由義大利知名高階安全帽製造商Newmax生產製造,網路上的販售價格高達363.9塊美金.
在Yanko上第一眼就會發現這樣的產品成熟度高,在設計的細節上也相當豐富,雖然未有十足的法拉利韻味,但卻相當的引人注目.這是我在看完當下對這頂安全帽的想法,但在原網站上可以看到其他人對於此一作品的評論,仔細的去思考這些網友提到的一些問題也著實為我上了一課,在這裡分享給大家.

"Any edge on the surface of the helmet is a denger of twisted neck in slide accident. Its a common practice to make surface of the helmet as smooth and as features free as possible. Also any kind of that features add to noise. Some manufacturers spend millions in aerodynamic tunels just to get it right and it makes a lot of diference at sale points. Aluminum is as needed as the brick or porcelane. Aluminum doesn't compres or absorb energy without changing shape and deforming. Leather is massively resistant to any other surface. It might save your precious head from scraches by the price of twisting your head around like electric screwdriver. Aluminium helmet with other fabrics is a fashion statement ready to kill you. This is typical design over function."
大意上來說金屬的表面不能有效吸收意外發生時產生的撞擊力道,在造型上結合金屬與皮件雖然能營造十足的流行感,但表面上因金屬與皮件互相接合產生的許多邊角,在意外發生時可能造成頸部劇烈的扭轉,造成更加嚴重的意外傷害,無疑是一個典型的過度設計產品.
同時在Newmax網站上也可以看到與其他國際知名大廠合作的產品,像是brembo等等,安全帽的精緻設計跟質感都非常的優異,但也不難發現許多產品都有與Ferrari安全帽相仿的安全疑慮,設計師在產品的創新與美感的背後,還是需要回歸到"人"的本質,進一步檢視產品與人的相互關係,才能設計出一個真正好的產品.
